  Accidentally came by unplanned at 7:45pm on free taco day. Now with free food on offer you'd expect it to be busy, but as soon as we sat down the table next to us warned us as they'd been waiting over an hour for food. We figured we'd order and give them 25 minutes before we asked, which is quite generous in my opinion. After 30 minutes we asked after our food. 10 minutes later I'm still waiting for the answer and attempting to be polite enough to grab a waiter to pay for our drinks before we leave.
  Oh yeah, there's a million wait staff walking around yet we appear to be invisible.
  It's also extremely dirty. Empty tables left uncleared for 20 minutes or more. The table next to us have had half their food delivered 10 minutes ago. The lady was being polite and waiting to start her meal but now it's gone cold anyway.
  
  Worst taco bill/ restaurant I've been to in a long long while. Worst thing is I'm not surprised.

  Worst experience at taco bill ever! Yes it was taco free night, however we had booked and ordered non free food too yet we where on the bottom of the priority list for our waiter Angela! Who couldn't find our table number which meant that she didn't put our order through properly. We waited until we started to see people who got there after us where starting to get food, we asked multiple waiters where our food was and how long it would be yet got no responses or apologys. Finally at 8:15, an hour and 15minutes after we ordered we stood up and talked to Angela which is when she informed us that our order hadn't been started and she didn't want to come tell us that.
  We decided to leave and not pay for our drinks!
  Very disappointed that people that hadn't booked or who were only getting free food where a higher priority!
  Waiters at taco bill need to communicate more and not leave customers waiting for answers! Plus learn to apologise or get the management too!
  
  Will not be returning which is a shame!

  This is horrible. We had a young child with us for a family night out. When we came there were only a few tables. Yet it was difficult to flag any waitress down (yes there were a few of them). Even though we ordered early, we waited nearly an hour for food to arrive - and that was just entree. Our kid's meal didn't. Others came after us and somehow ordered after a good 20 min after us and got food before us. Our kid was crying. When I asked where our kid's meal was, the waitress just shrugged off and said soon. Definitely ruined a night out. My husband's chicken quesadillas was watery, my food was salty and bland. Would not recommend this place to anyone especially when you have kids. We definitely will not be back!
